If you have ever found yourself wondering why people think, feel, and act as they do, then a minor from NKU’s Department of Psychological Science might be for you. As one of the most popular minors at NKU, many students find that the diverse offerings of flexible courses offered in psychology minor can complement various majors. Complete your courses on campus or online, as we offer flexibility while you complete your degree. The psychology minor requires a total of 24 hours. You will complete PSY 100 (Introduction to Psychology) plus 21 other hours. These PSY hours may be at any level. Transfer students must earn at least 12 of their 24 hours at NKU. Students must earn a C- or better for all courses counted for the minor and have an overall PSY GPA of at least 2.0.
